Probably not, 50% of Hitler is already way too much, but what % of Hitler is tolerable? Is it 0%? 10%? Would 10% Hitler be OK if it helps avoid 90% Hitler?

Red is going to win the election no matter what, blue has no chance of winning, but there is an off chance green might win if enough people don't vote
